| About Mayfair Guest House The Mayfair Guest House is a small, family run establishment offering high quality accommodation in Southampton, Hampshire. Established as a guest house for over 25 years we offer award winning, quality 4 Star accommodation at very reasonable prices. All our rooms are spacious, mostly ensuite and are furnished to a high standard. All are equipped with LCD (digital) televisions, complimentary toiletries and towels, refreshment tray, central heating, internet access and excellent quality beds. Owned by the same family for the past 18 years and now in its second generation, we offer the best value in comfort, service and home cooking complimented by a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Situated in a quiet road in the heart of Southampton, we are just minutes away from the town centre, train and coach stations. Southampton airport is only a few miles away. We are ideally situated for the cruise terminals, universities, Southampton General and Spire hospitals, The Mayflower theatre and Ocean Village. It is also an ideal base for visiting historic Hampshire, The Isle of Wight and surrounding areas. Accommodation All of our 8 rooms are spacious and comfortable and are equipped with remote controlled flat screen digital televisions (many with integrated DVD players), alarm clock, refreshment tray, central heating and wireless internet access. Hairdryers and ironing facilities are also available. Most rooms include ensuite facilities and we offer a choice of single, double, twin, triple and family rooms. A comfortable guest lounge is accessible throughout the day equipped with a digital television and DVD player. Breakfast is served in a separate Dining Room. There is limited off-street parking available on our forecourt. Check in time is from 3pm or earlier by prior arrangement Please note we are a non smoking establishment.
