 THE Kathrene is a no smoking establishment situated in a prime elevated position on the Promenade, overlooking the Sea and Bowling greens. The Leisure Centre and Pier are just across the road, with shops and transport nearby. It offers a superb uninterrupted view of the Sea, Morecambe Bay and the Lake District hills beyond with spectacular sunsets. All flats are completely self contained with their own Shower and Toilet
Accommodation Ground Floor Flats This flat sleeps 2 people in a double bed and enjoys the benefit of central heating. It has its own separate kitchen and shower and w.c. In addition there is a fireplace with an electric fire and TV. Flat 1 This flat has the benefit of fabulous sea views and sleeps 4 people. There is a bedroom with twin beds and a washbasin and in addition the lounge provides access to a double wall bed that by day is discreetly hidden. There is a separate kitchen and separate shower and w.c. There is a fireplace with electric fire and a wall heater in the bedroom Flat 2 This flat sleeps 2 people in twin beds. It is a large studio flat with a dining area and sitting area around a fireplace which contains an electric fire and there is a TV. It has its own separate kitchen and shower and w.c.
