All of our B&B rooms are of a high standard with en-suite. We take pride in our home cooking and offer an extensive menu - using only locally sourced farm produce - making use of the outstanding quality of food the South Hams famously provide. We are environmentally conscious and recycle wherever possible
Totnes is a town that attracts many artists and craftsmen. Our bed and breakfast accommodation associates itself with this by displaying artworks in the guest lounge, dining room and bedrooms. Many of these are available for purchase. This not only helps support local artists, but also allows our guests to enjoy their breakfast in vibrant surroundings. At the Great Grubb Bed & Breakfast we do our very best to look after you and make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. |

| The Great Grubb Bed and Breakfast is within easy walking distance of Totnes town centre, Totnes market and Totnes castle. The A38 is also easily accessible making The Great Grubb B&B an excellent place from which to explore the beautiful beaches and countryside of the South Hams, windswept Dartmoor and the cities of Exeter and Plymouth. |

As the name suggests, we take food very seriously at The Great Grubb Bed & Breakfast. All our ingredients are locally sourced and organic wherever possible. We provide daily specials, including home baked speciality breads and preserves, or alternatively you can try a Great Grubb speciality breakfast. Some of these require a small supplementary charge. You can also choose from our delicious standard menu, which includes a full English breakfast, continental breakfast, fresh fruit salad, cereals, various extras and a choice of teas and coffees. We also cater for special diets, but please let us know in advance to ensure we can satisfy your breakfast requirements. |

| From the South (Plymouth): From the A38, turn off at A385 and bear left towards Totnes. Follow Road for approx 5 miles until you reach Dartington village. At Dartington village roundabout, take the second exit on your left towards Totnes. Follow road for 1.2 miles, until you pass Totnes police station on your right. Take next right at traffic lights (western bypass). Go for 0.3 of a mile, then take next right at traffic lights onto Plymouth Rd. Go for 0.2 of a mile, then turn left into Fallowfields, and immediately right again into the drive of The Great Grubb Bed & Breakfast. From the North (Exeter): From the A38 take the A384 exit for Totnes and bear left. Follow A384 for 5.5 miles. Turn left at Dartington village roundabout and follow road for 1.2 miles until you pass Totnes police station on your right. Take next right at traffic lights (western bypass). Go for 0.3 of a mile, then take next right and traffic lights onto Plymouth Rd. Go for 0.2 of a mile, then turn left into Fallowfields, and immediately right again into the drive of The Great Grubb Bed and Breakfast.  |
