| 'An inviting and exclusive place to have your holiday base'. Situated on the outskirts of Mablethorpe, we pride ourselves in offering you an excellent holidaying experience. Our rooms and pitches are very well maintained and limited to a small number so we keep that family feeling. The on site facilities are of a high standard as you should expect no less than you would in your home surroundings. |
| We have 4 Luxurious large rooms that will make your stay most pleasurable. All 4 rooms are doubles with en-suite bathrooms. 2 of the rooms can easily be converted into family rooms sleeping up to 5 people. One of the rooms is a purposely-built disabled/elderly friendly room with a very large en-suite wet room. We have a breakfast room where you will be welcomed each morning and served up your choice of breakfast, including a full English made from fresh local produce. All of our rooms are non-smoking, including the bar/dining room. The Guest House is open all year. |
| Touring Park Roomy pitches, pleasant surroundings and facilities of the highest quality. We are limited to only 9 pitches but all of them offer excellence. Drinking water, waste disposal point, showers/toilets and laundry room (all free of charge) all within highly maintained grounds. We have a residents only bar and can provide you with breakfast to help you start your day if required. Unfortunately we do not except tents.
