We offer our guests holiday and business accommodation with quality and style in relaxing surroundings at our four star rated guesthouse. The Cleveland is situated in a quite location just a short walk from the main Torquay seafront and popular harbour side area. We are a fully licensed establishment with spacious public rooms for you to enjoy the views over the sunny garden terrace and lawn. For guests who are staying at the Cleveland bed and breakfast guesthouse we have a private off road car park. If you are travelling to Torquay by public transport the coach and train station are just a five minute taxi ride away. All our rooms are decorated to a high standard and we offer you quality furnishings and fittings in all our bedrooms. Our family run bed and breakfast offers our guests the standards they would normally associate with a large hotel but with the personal touches and friendly welcome of a traditional Torquay guesthouse.

Guest House
Breakfast is served every morning in our well appointed dining room. On the menu is fruit juice, cereals, toast and preserves, tea, coffe and a full English. If you have any special dietary needs please contact us prior to your arrival and we will do our upmost to ensure we can assist you. The front tables in the dining room offer views over the garden and sun terrace.

We are a fully licensed guesthouse for resident guests. Our bar is in the main lounge area and we have a wide selection of drinks for you to enjoy. In warmer conditions why not have a glass of wine while you sit out in the garden or on the sun terrace? We have a child freindly play area with a selection of garden toys for your children to enjoy in the garden.

The public rooms are decorated to a high standard with stylish fixtures and fittings. We have a large colour television so you can keep up to date with the latest news or catch your favourite programme.

Bedrooms
All our bedrooms at the Cleveland guesthouse are decorated to a high standard with quality fixtures and fittings to help make your stay a relaxing one. We offer holiday and business accommodation of a high standard.

Bedrooms are en-suite with colour televisions, clean towels, personal toiletries, hot drinks trays, radio alarm clocks, hair driers, shoe polish and clothes brush.

We offer our guests those little extra touches which you would normally accoisiate with a large hotel.

All our bedrooms are centrally heated for out of season holidays, winter breaks or in less warmer climatic conditions.

Torbay
Torbay has over 22 miles of glorious coastline to explore. Local entertainments close to the hotel include, Princess Theatre, The English Riviera Centre, Short 9 hole golf course, water sports and sea trips to name but a few. We have excellent transport links close by for travel throughout Torbay. The coastal bus route number 12 travels from Torquay to Brixham and is within walking distance from the hotel. Torbay tourist information office is located in the inner harbour in Torquay with information on entertainments and shows throughout the Torbay area. Star attractions in Torbay include Living Coasts, Paignton Zoo, Babbacombe Model Village and Kents Cavern. The main Torquay shopping centre is again within easy walking distance as is the popular Torquay harbour side.
