| Restaurant Over the years we have become synonymous for our cooking and indeed the food we prepare and serve is, in our eyes, the true meaning of our existence. All produce used is, where possible, local and adapts well to the weekly changing restaurant menu, where we try and arrange simple dishes alongside the more adventurous and imaginative ones. The Aberdeen Angus steaks have become a popular feature. In the bar, lunch is served daily (except Monday) and all the pickles, chutney and breads etc are homemade. At dinner in the evening, everything from the selection of breads offered at the beginning to the chocolate truffles at the close, are prepared in out kitchen. To compliment the food, each year we offer a unique selection of wines from around the world, which offer, in our opinion, a perfect marriage with the cooking. | ![]() |
