| Sunnydale is ideally located on Shipston Road within 8 minute's walking distance from Stratford-upon-Avon town centre and the Royal Shakespeare Company Theatre RSC, Shakespeare's birth place and other historical places. The recently extended and refurbished Sunnydale Guest House with ample car parking space offers a friendly atmosphere with high quality accommodation. There is a newly built dining room facing the large garden at the back. All rooms are en-suite or private facilities. Each room has a hospitality tray, a hair dryer, tv and wireless (internet) connectivity. We aim to provide a relaxing and enjoyable stay for our guests as our priorities are a warm welcome, the importance of cleanliness and a high degree of comfort. Our special offer for the winter season (Nov to Feb except Fridays and Saturdays) costs only £45 per room per night. Direct booking only. |
| All our rooms have colour television, tea and coffee making facilities and Cadbury's Drinking Chocolate, clock radio alarm, and hairdryer. Toiletries are provided and, for the comfort of our guests, soft freshly-laundered towels. Ironing facilities are available, the house has full central heating with separate thermostat control for each room. There is also ample car parking. All our rooms are thoughtfully decorated, clean, comfortable and welcoming, each having their own theme. |

| Sunnydale is situated on the Shipston Road just south of the river Avon which runs through the town centre. From the M40 Motorway-Jnc 15 take A46 south sign-posted Stratford. After 2 miles, turn left at traffic island onto A439 - Town Centre. On reaching the town you will enter the one-way system by turning left. Keep to the left-hand side passing Leisure Centre and Moat House, then turn left at T junction over the river bridge. Straight on for 100 yards to traffic island (Shell Garage). At the island, turn right on to Shipston Road - A3400. Sunnydale is on the left hand side 100 yards after Old Tramway Inn. |
