| Lying in an area of outstanding natural beauty, Suie Lodge Hotel is a listed building of architectural and historical interest situated in its own attractive grounds of 5 acres midway between Killin and Crianlarich on the A85 route north to Oban and Fort William. |

| Originally a shooting lodge on the Breadalbane Estate, the Hotel derives its name from its association with St. Fillan who had his seat (suie) of learning at this place - across from the hotel is an ancient Clan MacNab burial site where lies a stone on which is carved a Latin cross which may go back to St. Fillan himself. St. Fillans Bell (Bearnan Fillan) was kept at Suie for centuries but now rests in the Scottish National Museum of Antiquities. |
