| Situated in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon. Only five minutes from the Royal Shakespeare Theatres and the Shakespeare Properties. We have full en-suite facilities, including a full en-suite ground floor room available, all having colour TV and tea/coffee making facilities.  There is central heating throughout - you can come and go as you please. Hair driers in all rooms and ironing facilities are available upon request. Excellent full English breakfast served, vegetarians are catered for.  Prices start from £25.00 per person to £35.00 per person depending on season. We are a non-smoking establishment.
