About Us
At Southland's we pride our selves on providing an excellent standard of Guest accommodation just minutes walk from the city centre. Being a small guesthouse we have brought a very individual feel to our three spacious en suite Guest Bedrooms.
Each has its own style of designer linen, fabrics and decoration and all rooms have TV's, Hairdryers and a well-stocked Hospitality tray.
Located just minutes from the city centre. You can choose a stroll into the city comfortable or take a leisurely stroll through the spectacular Rowntree Park and along the river.
In a morning you can relax in our bright and spacious dining room where you will be offered a choice of cooked or continental breakfast's to suit your needs. We are happy to cater for Vegetarians and other diets by request.
