Southlands Guest House offers you a relaxing break in one of its Three tastefully decorated and spacious rooms. All the rooms are tastefully decorated and furnished with central heating, TV and tea/coffee making facilities.
About Us
At Southland’s we pride our selves on providing an excellent standard of Guest accommodation just minutes walk from the city centre. Being a small guesthouse we have brought a very individual feel to our three spacious en suite Guest Bedrooms.
Each has its own style of designer linen, fabrics and decoration and all rooms have TV’s, Hairdryers and a well-stocked Hospitality tray.
Located just minutes from the city centre. You can choose a stroll into the city comfortable or take a leisurely stroll through the spectacular Rowntree Park and along the river.
In a morning you can relax in our bright and spacious dining room where you will be offered a choice of cooked or continental breakfast’s to suit your needs. We are happy to cater for Vegetarians and other diets by request.
Whatever your requirements , we are only to happy to make your visit to York as comfortable and memorable as possible.

• 72 hours minimum cancellation notice required.
• We are unable to refund any deposits.
• £10 charge made for any cancellation to cover cost of administration.
• We have a minimum 2 night stay over a weekend.
• Check-in From 2pm
• Check-out 10.00am on day of departure
