Seaside villa is a family run guest house where the aim is to provide a caring, friendly atmosphere. The house is centrally heated, all rooms with private facilities, tea making facilities and televisions.

There is a guest TV lounge and sun lounge where one can relax in the evenings, admiring the spectacular scenery. We are renowned for our home cooking and fresh baking using fresh local produce at all times. We cater for vegetarians or anyone requiring a special diet.

We do not have a licence but if you would like to bring your own wine to complement your dinner, you are most welcome.

Seaside Villa is situated in a most tranquil spot overlooking the beach and turquoise coloured sea with marvellous views across to the distant hills of Sutherland. A fishing river is nearby where trout fishing can be arranged or in any of the surrounding lochs.Our island has a lot to offer visitors - miles of unspoilt beaches; an abundance of wildlife, including many rare breeding birds, the unique corncrake and a rich variety of plant life. Throughout the island there are many historical and archaeological sites which are testimony to the long and ancient history of the HERBRIDES.

GUESTS ARE ABLE TO VISIT ANY PART OF Lewis or Harris in a day by car and be back in time for dinner. Of the two main ferry terminals Stornoway is only 7 miles distance & Tarbert on Harris is only 35 miles away.

Seaside Villa is in fact the ideal spot for that GET AWAY FROM IT ALL HOLIDAY but with all the advantages of modern conveniences. You are assured of a warm welcome with a GAELIC SPEAKING FAMILY.
