Each room has its own wash hand basin whilst bathroom toilet facilities are shared. These are all on the same floor as the bedrooms and consist of 1 bathroom / shower, and 2 lavatories. All, our rates are per person per night and include full English or Continental breakfast. Full English breakfast is served in the communal dining room at a time to suit you. Continental and special diets can be catered for with prior notice. We ask for a deposit upon booking in the form of cash or cheque, payable to LJ Crighton. We are unable to accept credit cards. Terms The rooms are usually available from 12 noon and we ask that all accounts are settled and rooms vacated by 10.30 am on the day of departure. Bags may be left for later collection by arrangement. We operate a strictly NO SMOKING establishment and reserve the right to ask anyone not observing this rule to leave without recompense. An access statement is available on request. Directions On foot from the railway station: Coming out of the railway station turn right and walk down the hill. At the T junction, cross the road and turn left, carry on and take the first right, being Warringston Street, walk up the hill and the first left is Cardigan Street. We are No 14 on the right hand side. From the High Street: The Avenue is located at the opposite end to the clock tower, sign-posted to the Station or Tattersalls.
