Take a car ride in various directions and in 10 minutes it could take you to the Shrines at Walsingham, Binham Priory, Thursford Steam engines and Organs Blakeney Quay, a boat ride to the point and the bird sanctuary and seals. A visit to Cley next to the sea where the hand thrown pottery and contemporary jewellery is made.Not to be missed the Georgian town of Holt which lies in the beautiful Glavan Valley where you will find many and varied interesting shops to explore or perhaps relax on the Holt Flyer ( a horse drawn bus) to the poppy line station, where you can take a nostalgic ride on a steam engine.
Once on the A148 between Fakenham and Holt, turn at sign post for Langham 3.5 miles. On approaching the village, take first left into hollow lane, Rowan Cottage is immediately on the corner.
