| Roses Farm can be found in the middle of the Somerset countryside near Shepton Mallet, Wells and Glastonbury. We are surrounded by beautiful views and our house is a haven for those looking for peace and quiet. The farm consists of 9 acres, grazing for 24 Wiltshire Horn ewes and a very splendid ram called Dennis! Our three bedrooms are tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable with all facilities. Enjoy a full English breakfast - diets can be catered for, please advise. There is adequate off road parking suitable for small lorries and trailers. A warm welcome and a cup of tea await you, either in the guests' sitting room or in the garden if the weather is fine. |

| Rooms & Tariff Our prices range from £27.50 to £30.00 per person per night (£40.00 if single occupant) including breakfast. Receipt of a letter or e-mail confirming dates plus a deposit cheque for 33% of the total amount will secure the booking.Please arrive between 5pm and 6pm unless arranged otherwise. Twin Ensuite This room is traditionally decorated in a tasteful style. Two single beds look out on one of the many wonderful views surrounding the property. Interesting period furniture tastefully used, maintains an elegant charm. Double Ensuite This room is decorated in a similar style, in keeping with the other rooms in the house. It contains a five foot double bed and is attractively furnished and overlooks fields and orchards. Double Room with Private Bathroom This room also has a five foot double bed with views looking west and a private bathroom right next door. All our rooms are have a television, hair dryer and tea and coffee making facilities. |

| Directions From North A37 - 5 miles south of Shepton Mallet in Wraxall, Queen's Arms Pub, turn left. After 300 metres take the second lane on the right at the B&B sign 'Roses Farm'. Go straight over the cattle grids to the bottom of the lane. From South A303 - Head north on A37 for 9 miles then turn right at Wraxall, Queens Arms Pub. After 300 metres take the second lane on the right at the B&B sign 'Roses Farm'. Go straight over the cattle grids to the bottom of the lane. From A371 - Between Shepton Mallet and Castle Cary, turn west towards Ditcheat, drive through village following signs to Glastonbury/Wraxall. After one and a half miles, turn left at B&B sign 'Roses Farm'. Go straight over cattle grids to the bottom of the lane. |
