| The Roseleigh is a comfortable and elegant Victorian Guest House, centrally located in Buxton over-looking the Pavilion Gardens. Built in 1871 it is situated on Broad Walk, a peaceful pedestrianised Victorian promenade. A short walk will take you to the heart of Buxton. |
| From the moment you arrive we, Gerard and Maggi. Will welcome you and endeavour to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Also we can provide a wealth of local information about Buxton, the local restaurants and pubs, walking, cycling, Peak District attractions and places off the beaten track. |

| The guest lounge overlooks the lake - here you can indulge in the many books about the Peak District or simply relax and enjoy the view. Across the hall is the elegant dining room - the venue for breakfast. Choose from our varied menu which uses fresh local produce wherever possible. |
| Quality furnishings and period décor enhance the many original features in the house. The guest rooms are thoughtfully furnished and have colour television and tea and coffee making facilities. All double and twin bedrooms are en-suite. |

| Your Hosts… Gerard has 18 years experience living and working as an Adventure Tour Leader in the Middle East, Turkey, Spain, India, Bhutan, Tibet, China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Peru, Brazil, Patagonia, Cuba, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Nicaragua and Panama. Previous occupations include Economics Teacher, Croupier, HGV1 and London Bus Driver! Maggi has worked for 15 years with the BBC and latterly worked as an Adventure Tour Leader in Turkey. She is a yoga enthusiast and enjoys being outdoors in the Peak District. |
