| River View is a converted stone barn in a pleasant river side location in the village of Brough and close to the market towns of Kirkby-Stephen and Appleby in Westmorland. Being just off the A66 in the Upper Eden valley makes us an ideal North / South stop over and is also convenient for visiting the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales, Teesdale and the Northern Pennines. We are situated near the centre of the village close to two public houses and the local shops. A warm, friendly atmosphere awaits and we will try to do our best to make you feel at home. |

| We have two en-suite guest rooms with Velux roof windows, sloped ceilings and original beams. Both rooms are on the first floor and are very comfortable with colour TV, clock radios, hairdryers, refreshment trays and little extras to enhance your stay. One bedroom is a double room and the other is a twin room, however this room can accommodate a third guest on an extra bed. There is also a conservatory, private off street parking, lock up parking for bicycles, first class english breakfast (special breakfasts by arrangement) and two pubs within 150 metres, both serving food. Dogs are welcome by arrangement and we are also a no smoking establishment. |
