How to find us:

From M42 exit at junction 2. Continue towards Birmingham to next island. Turn left for Alvechurch / Redditch. Continue along down hill to next small island. Straight across (2nd exit) towards Alvechurch, continue under concrete motorway bridge, take next turning on left, Old Rectory Lane, and carry on along lane to sharp right hand bend. Rectory Cottage is next house on left, with large drive and sluice gate.

From Birmingham, continue along A441 (Pershore Road) towards Redditch, passing through Kings Norton, West Heath, Hopwood and almost to Alvechurch. Before reaching the village of Alvechurch, pass under a concrete motorway bridge and take next turning on left, Old Rectory Lane. Continue along Old Rectory Lane to sharp right hand bend. Rectory Cottage is the next house on left, large drive, river and sluice gate.
