| During the first few months of 2006 Prospect House has had two luxury bedrooms added both with private shower rooms and views of our gardens. These comfortable rooms with their shared private entrance and TV lounge have been specially designed with our guest's comfort in mind. |

| Included in our tariff is Jan's sumptuous English breakfast with home made preserves served in our country breakfast room. Nestling in the Weald of Kent a stone's throw from the market town of Sevenoaks with its wonderful pubs and restaurants. Whether you are exploring our beautiful Kentish countryside or working away, Prospect House is the perfect home from home. Weald, a typically English hamlet with an inn and village green at its heart is one of those "just" out of the way places you will want to come back to time and time again. Whilst you are with us you must sample some of Jan's home made preserves and Jellys! |


| Tariffs We have two twin rooms with ensuite facilities at Prospect House Bed & Breakfast. One of the twin bed sets converts to a double bed. Guests also share television lounge between the two bedrooms and a seperate entrance from the main house. Both rooms are on the ground floor and overlook our tranquil wooded garden. Each twin or double room is £55.00 per night including breakfast. Single occupancy is charged at £45.00 per night including breakfast. |

| Jan's famous Breakfast is a full cooked English and includes local bacon, sausages, eggs, mushrooms and when in season home grown tomatoes. For those with a smaller appetite Continental breakfast is available and we can cater for special dietary requirements. |

| Directions Leave the M25 at junction 5 and proceed onto the A21 towards Sevenoaks. Leave the A21 at the second junction signposted Weald, Sevenoaks and Tonbridge. Take the 3rd turning off the roundabout and carry on into Weald about a mile from the roundabout. When you reach Weald keep on the same road untill you reach the Windmill Pub on your left. |
