Welcome to Pier View, our seafront flat in central Helensburgh. In an enviable location at the heart of the town and facing the pier, guests will find local amenities readily accessible. Shops, a wide choice of restaurants, tearooms, the main line railway station (providing trains to Glasgow every 30 minutes), and swimming pool are all close by. Helensburgh Pier, opposite the flat, provides a passenger ferry service to Kilchreggan and Gourock and Glasgow International Airport is only 40 minutes from here. Edinburgh and Prestwick are approximately 90 minutes away by car.

The spacious accommodation comprises a well equipped dining-kitchen with seating for six, the added convenience of a dishwasher, plus full laundry facilities including a washer and separate tumble drier. The light and airy lounge has comfortable seating with the addition of a sofabed and has TV, DVD player and hi-fi. Three large picture windows offer a panoramic view of the Clyde and provide an excellent vantage point from which to while away an hour or two just watching the world go by!

Facilities

The two guest bedrooms each have a double bed and the main bedroom has an extra 3' single. Both have TVs, DVD and video players. The main bedroom also has a washbasin. The bathroom has both bath and shower.

The property is centrally heated throughout, with a modern air pollution reducing condensing gas boiler. Booking rates are inclusive of all gas and electricity. Linen and towels are provided free of charge.

Ideal as a family holiday base, the provision of a comprehensively equipped office makes Pier View additionally suited to business travellers. There is a full office desk provided with a desktop computer on BT Broadband, plus a combined printer, copier, scanner, a standalone fax and telephone.

Potential guests should note that, although all the accommodation is on one level, Pier View is a first floor flat accessible only by an external stairway and as such may be unsuitable for some visitors with mobility difficulties.
