"PARTRIDGE ARMS" FARM is a modernized Olde Worlde house. It has been occupied by the same family since 1909, when it was a Country Inn, the present host since 1959. It now has over 200 acres of land situated 2.5 miles off the main A361, 4 miles west of Dulverton, on the Devon and Somerset border, being on the southern slopes of Exmoor. It is ideally situated for touring or walking in the National Park and the famous North Devon and West Somerset Coastal Resorts. There is ½ a mile of Trout Fishing on the farm and other Lake and River fishing locally. Riding and Pony Trekking is also available nearby.
