where Alex & Helen invite you to enjoy a few days of relaxation in sunny Eastbourne.

Our hotel 12 bedrooms all en-suite. It is very nicely situated 5 mins from the seaside and 10mins walking to the centre shopping areas of Eastbourne. We are directly opposite the congress theatre, Towner Art Gallery. The winter gardens Devonshire tennis courts. Alo close to Brighton University, Darley Road.

We do not have a bar and a no-smoking policy is upheld in the public areas of the hotel.

We have many years experience in the hospitality industry, and will try to cater for any needs you may have while staying with us.
