Self Catering
We have 5 self catering properties to let. Four are located in a 16th Century barn, with the fifth being larger and located in a small converted barn of its own. All properties were formally part of the Old Court Estate when the Gwilliam family owned much of the local land.
History
Built around 1570, it passed through the hands of various members of the family for the next 200 years. Its previous owners have included Thomas Gwilllim who was ADC to General Wolfe at the battle of Quebec, and John Graves Simcoe who was the first Governor General of Upper Canada and founder of the City of Toronto.
