Oakvilla Bed & Breakfast is family run detached victorian villa guest house accommodation on the west side of the River Ness, only ten minutes walk from Inverness city centre.
Your stay at Oakvilla B&B will be a real home from home experience with a warm welcome. Margo and Alistair will ensure that you have a pleasant and comfortable visit to Inverness when you stay in this beautiful period-decorated Victorian guest house.
We are within easy reach of Eden Court Theatre, Inverness Cathedral, Inverness Castle, Floral Gardens, Aquadome Centre, Ironworks live music venue, Inverness Museum and a variety of Moray Firth Dolphin Cruises.
There are also lovely walks nearby along the River Ness and the Caledonian Canal. The airport is just a short 15 minutes drive away.

Accommodation
Each of our guest bedrooms are beautifully decorated and maintained to a high standard with king size beds in double rooms for comfort. Two single rooms, one en-suite, and one with private facilities, one twin en-suite all on ground floor. One twin room and two double rooms all en-suite on first floor.

Take directions to Fort William, turn left at roundabout before the Kessock Bridge, drive through 3 rounabouts, watching for Fort William signs, on 3rd roundabout take the 2nd left over Friars Bridge you will come to another roundabout, take 3rd exit onto Harrowden Road, Oakvilla Guest House is on the left near the top.
Directions from A82 [Fort William/Loch Ness]
At the first set of traffic lights, turn left onto Kenneth Street, keep driving until you come to roundabout, Harrowden Road is first left.
