| AA 3 Stars Highly Commended |

| Oaktree Farm was built in 1968 as a brick built building, but was converted to a Derbyshire stone covered farmhouse, giving walls of approx. 15" in depth which helps to keep the rooms cool in summer and warm in winter. The flower garden is mature and leads to a sizeable patio. Although we have a working farm, the nature of the farming means there is little disturbance to guests from farmyard traffic. |

| The property covers 22 acres, which is used for grazing horses, free range poultry and a coarse fishing lake. There is an extensive vegetable garden and the chemical free produce is used for guests as well as sold to passers by. | ![]() |

![]() | Oaktree Farm is very conveniently situated for tourists or business people, being handy for the M1 motorway and A38 and the cities of Derby, Nottingham and Sheffield. |
| Whereas the glorious Peak District is virtually on our Doorstep and nearby we have, Matlock, Bakewell and Buxton. Also for the young at heart we have the theme parks of Alton Towers, American Adventure and Gullivers Kingdom within easy reach. |
