| The Swallows Available to book on a daily basis throughout the year.
With your own entrance you can come and go as you please, with no set times for breakfast . . . you may want to stay in bed!! At The Swallows you can have your own breakfast to suit you, cutlery and cereal bowls are provided as well as a colour TV + tea and coffee making facilities.
The centrally heated rooms are bright and spacious with vaulted ceilings, table and chairs, own bathroom with shower and plenty of room for a travel cot. Rates for room only Single occupancy £35.00 Twin room £45.00 per room, per night |
Also for Self Catering we have Oaktree Cottage The centrally heated accommodation consists of one kingsize bedded room and one twin bedded room, the lounge is of good size with vaulted ceiling. Windows open out to the gardens.  The kitchen is part of the lounge, but divided by a large breakfast bar, with all the appliances including, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, electric cooker, microwave, linen is provided except towels and beds are made up for your arrival. The Bathroom has bath with hand held shower, W.C. etc; the Cottage is fully equipped including colour television, video and CD/radio. Travel cot and highchair available on request.  In a woodland setting with sunshine reaching the patio for most of the day, great for sunbathing, a level pathway through the oak trees lit up at night, leads from the parking area. |
Instow beaches, restaurants, convenience shops, galleries and the Tarka Trail are approximately 15 minutes walk. Also convenient for the link road to Atlantic Village Discount shopping centre, Barnstaple and Bideford for shops, restaurants markets and much more.
