| Each of our bedrooms is equipped with digital T.V. with freeview and DVD, radio alarm, hair dryer, coffee and tea making facilities, private or en-suite facility and Free WIFI available. We've also made available to you a separate guest lounge cum breakfast room where we've provided a selection of books and games for the enjoyment of both our adult and younger guest alike. Free off-road parking is available and you also have the use of our attractive garden. (The only place at 'Oaklands', incidentally, where smoking is allowed.) |

| Once on York Ring Road (A1237) look for sign Earswick/Strensall (B and B sign at this point). Turn here, after approx. three quarters of a mile , large detached house on left with solar panels, signed and lit at night, is 'Oaklands'. |
