A nine bedroomed guest house set in the heart of the Norfolk Countryside. Convenient for Norwich or to explore East Anglia from. We offer comfortable accommodation of various sized rooms, to suit your needs and budget. Ideally situated to explore both Suffolk and Norfolk, giving easy access to many local towns, including Norwich, Diss, Attleborough and Wymondham, also the UEA and Show Ground. Oakbrook House is set over looking the Tas Valley in the peaceful South Norfolk countryside, away from the bustle of fast living. The countryside extends as far as the eye can see across meandering lanes and rolling fields. |
| Excellent eating places are found nearby; from good quality take a ways in the neighbouring small town of Long Stratton to high standard local restaurants and pubs. We can offer a simple fare ourselves if required. Local access onto the A140 and B1134 leads onto the A47, A11 and A146 main trunk roads running through East Anglia. Our tariff includes full English breakfast, or other menus to suit your requirements. We use local produce wherever possible. Locally you can participate in gliding, flying, fishing, golf and other forms of recreation. |

| TARIFFS Prices are from £19.00 per person per night with two people sharing, please contact for season and room price. Please note that the tariff for each room reflects both the size and facilities on offer. We charge a cancellation fee and extra for one night stay Friday or Saturday during B.S.T. All rooms en-suite wash basing and WC. Private showers neighbour Willow, Elm, Swallow and Swift, bath robes are usually provided, the layout of the property makes these facilities very private to use. Discounts given for four nights or more for total stay, or block booking 2 nights +. Children under 12 reduced tariff in Oak and Beech. Travel cot available. Dogs and pets welcome by arrangement. Full holidays where we arrange transport and places to visit as a group are offered at certain times of the year. |

| OAKBROOK HOUSE The Place to Stay Tastefully furnished fully equipped bedrooms, with radio, colour TV & tea/coffee making facilities. Oakbrook formally the village school and later run as a B&B underwent major refurbishment in 2005, when Simon and Heather opened the Guest House. We look forward to welcoming you to our home; we offer a comfortable stay and a great breakfast in the conservatory or dining room beside the log fire.  There is a sitting room and garden for guests and the use of a dining room if required. Access all day during stay. Private off road car parking for everyone. We can offer more - a venue for house parties, small conference/training/meeting centre etc. Short breaks. Group holidays including transport exploring Suffolk and Norfolk.
