| One an a half miles to the north-west of Leeds city centre. The hotel is a family run guest house situated in the heart of a pleasant, wooded conservation centre, and less than a quarter of a mile from Headingley Cricket Ground…home of Yorkshire and Test-match cricket. |

| The Oak Villa is an attractive old house which preserving much of the original character and fittings from Victorian era. We offer a wide range of guest rooms, single, double, family and ground floor-rooms, larger groups can be accommodated totaling 35-40 guests without impersonality of larger hotels. All our rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, colour television and free wi-fi system available. Special rates are available for long term stays and party bookings, meeting room available upon request. Small wedding, funeral or family parties are welcome. The Oak Villa has a fully licensed bar, where we offer a vide menu of beers, wines, spirits and cocktails.A tasty snack menu meals are also available. |

| Our breakfast menu offers a choice to suit all tastes, including vegetarian options. The rear of the hotel is a large car park for about 25 cars. The suburb of Headingley is best known for cricket and rugby but Is also a local centre for shops, banks, pubs and restaurants - all within easy reach of the hotel. The city of Leeds is coming to be regarded as the premier commercial and industrial city of the North of England. Leeds has developed into a major centre of communications, retail and finance. Its compact shopping centre and markets are renowned, but Leeds also has excellent parks in all parts of the city - and a very efficient bus service to get you there! |

| Leeds industrial heritage is reflected in its museums and Leeds is also home to the Henry Moore Sculpture Trust Collection, Opera North, West Yorkshire Playhouse and the Royal Armouries Museum. Leeds is an ideal base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales and coastline or as a stop-over on the way to the Lake District and Scotland. |
