Welcome to Nite Inn Bed & Breakfast, Leeds
Nite Inn Bed and Breakfast has recently been refurbished to a high standard creating a new clean modern look . Our aim is to provide comfortable accommodation at an affordable price. All rooms are en-suite and all rooms are fitted with LCD sky television. All our beds have good quality orthopeadic mattresses to ensure that our customers have a comfortable restful stay. Refeshments are also provided in each room on request.
Nite Inn Bed & Breakfast is located within close proximity to Leeds City Centre, private and public transport is very accessible from the Nite Inn including the train and coach station. It is also close to various local attractions including :- Royal Armouries Museum

Nite Inn Bed & Breakfast is about a 5 to 10 minutes drive from the M1 and M62. Ensuite rooms are available for short hours if required (subject to availability). Long Term and Group Bookings are welcome at a discounted price.

1 nights payment is required by any major debit / credit card (non refundable) to book a room.
Cancellation policy --- 24 hour notice is required to cancel a booking made.
What time's check - in and check - out?
Check - in is any time after 3.00pm. You will need to vacate your room and return your key by 12.00 noon on the day of departure. Also an early check - in and check - out service is available for an additonal charge of £10.00, subject to availability.
Can I leave my luggage?
If you arrive at the Nite Inn before your room is ready at 3.00pm, unfortunately we are unable to store any luggage. The same applies if you need to store your luggage after your stay.
Is parking available?
You can park anywhere around the Nite Inn, and, it is free.
Is there any security?
24 hour CCTV is operated in the Nite Inn offering a secure and relaxed environment.
Can I smoke in the Nite Inn?
Smoking is not permitted in the Nite Inn including in all rooms and public areas.

"Stopped in Leeds on several occassions but this was our first stay at the Nite Inn. The hotel is ideally situated just off the M621 and is very easy to find. The accommodation itself has been decorated and fitted out to very high standard and was very clean. I didn't have the breakfast due to having a raging hangover but it did look nice.
