| You will find a warm welcome at this family-run guest house within walking distance of the town centre and university. We offer high quality bed and breakfast accommodation in this 4-star rated, well-appointed Victorian home. Junction 23 of the M1 motorway is just 7 minutes' drive away on the main feeder road to Loughborough, the A512 Ashby Road. We are also conveniently placed for arrival at Loughborough train station. The East Midlands Airport is a 15-minute car journey. Off-loading is directly outside the house and off-street parking is available. All our guest rooms have free Internet access, colour television, service tray, double glazing and central heating. The rooms are very suitable for study and relaxation. Two rooms are large, luxury en-suite. The lounge and landscaped gardens are also for guests to enjoy. We accept payment by card, cash or cheque. Guest house price includes a full cooked breakfast, served at flexible times. Variations such as a vegetarian menu are also offered. |

Price: £28.00 per person per night A folding bed can be made up in any of the rooms for £17.00 pppn. Discounts: A discount of 5% is given for bookings of five consecutive nights or more. Children's rates available on application. Payment and Terms: We can accept payment by cash, cheque, or by most of the major payment cards. Non-returnable deposit of one night's accommodation. Registration and completed payment on arrival. For one week or longer: one week paid in advance. Notice of cancellation: one week either way. Guest House Location Our Guest House is very easy to find as guests can testify. We are located on Ashby Road (the A512) between the main university roundabout and Loughborough Town Centre. Guests usually stop to off-load directly outside the house and then are directed to off-street parking at the rear entrance of the garden. You can walk to the University main gate in just seven minutes, and we can advise you on the time needed to reach the individual departments. Alternatively, there is a bus running every ten minutes during the day from the train station through the university campus. This passes within two minutes' walk from our house. Loughborough Town Centre is also just a five-minute walk away. |
