 Newlands Hall is a 380 acre working farm situated between the villages of Wolsingham and Frosterley in Weardale an area of outstanding natural beauty. Newlands Hall has a really peaceful setting with stunning views. Rich in wildlife the farm is at the centre of a network of local footpaths.
The area has much to offer visitors, ranging from the high wild fells of the Weardale and Teesdale, to pretty villages, market towns and the beautiful University City of Durham, with its Cathedral, Castle and Medieval Streets.
Enjoy a leisurely ride on the Weardale Railway between Wolsingham and Stanhope.
 The Weardale Museum and High House Chapel, Raby Castle, Bowes Museum, Barnard Castle, Diggerland, Harperley P.O.W camp, Beamish Open Air Museum, Hadrian's Wall, Hexham and the Metro centre are all a short drive away.
A visit to the Dale would not be complete without a visit to Killhope Wheel and Lead Mining Centre, to sample the harsh reality of life in a 19 century mine, and follow the nature trail and see the Red Squirrels.

DIRECTIONS
Newlands Hall is 1.5 miles west of Wolsingham on the A689 up on your right. After leaving the main road follow the farm road up, after the cattle grid take the right fork up the farm drive.
