Located in Sunningdale Drive, a select residential area, only two minutes from the sea, we are an ideal location for access to the Bowling Greens, Pier, Natureland and all other local amenities.  The Guest House comprises 8 bedrooms all having en-suite facilities. We have 3 ground floor rooms which are suitable for people who have difficulties with stairs.   Your hosts, Robert and Michelle Arthurton offer both bed and breakfast accommodation, or bed and breakfast plus evening meal at request. Either way, you will be delighted by our comfortable breakfast / dining room.  We offer excellent free car parking, and of course your own keys to come and go as you please. All bedrooms have Tea and coffee making facilities, T.V sets and shaver points.   How to Find Us From Boston: Keep on A52 following signposts to Mablethorpe. At main traffic lights proceed straight over and take first turning right into Seaview Road. Take second turning right into Sunningdale Drive. Newhaven Guesthouse is on the right side after several hundred yards. Please Note: There is no right turning at the above traffic lights. From Lincoln: At the traffic lights shortly after Skegness football ground, proceed straight over into Castleton Boulevard. Take second turning left into Sunningdale Drive. Newhaven Guesthouse is a short distance on the left side. |
