All eight bedrooms have been tastefully decorated and furnished. They are all en suite and equipped with colour televisions. A recent addition is a ground floor bedroom which is a particular advantage for those guests to whom stairs are a problem.

The town centre of Bideford is only a short walk away. It is an historic and interesting town with its quay, narrow streets and medieval bridge.

The Mount is a convenient base for exploring the beautiful North Devon coast line wih its sandy beaches and rugged cliffs. Both Exmoor and Dartmoor are within eash reach for excursions and Bideford is the departure point for trips to Lundy.

At Westward Ho you will find the Royal North Devon Golf Club - the oldest golf course in England.
