Sue and Ian would like to welcome you to Monico, their family run guest house in Scarborough.
We are extremely proud of our Victorian style Guest House and have a fantastic reputation for cleanliness, food and service that brings our regulars back year after year. We are a non smoking guest house and no pets are allowed.We welcome families and couples also catering for our guests with wheelchair access and a beautifully decorated downstairs bedrooms if required.
Monico offers a beautiful designed and comfortable lounge area that is available for guests to use at all times during their stay.
The lounge facilities include, 32" TV screen (subtitles available), DVD player, internet is also available on request.We also offer a fully licensed bar to our guests, if you would like to bring along your own bottles we will be happy to cork and store throughout your stay.
Sky TV is also available within the bar area.
We pride ourselves on our quality of food and local fresh ingredients that we use in all our meals. Using (when available), all local ingredients from local suppliers and have regular comments on the delicious Yorkshire Breakfasts that we serve.Breakfast is served daily from 8.30am (although we are flexible, please ask either Sue or Ian should you need different times).
All our en-suite rooms have recently been decorated to the highest standard, allowing you to have the home from home feel throughout your stay. Each room has luxurious Welcome tray including biscuits and chocolates, for that extra special touch. Hairdryers and TV's, Tea making facilities (all as standard).
In addition to our larger family bedroom, we have a separate room/bedroom allowing members of an extended family the enjoyable holiday with their family but also their own space to relax in. |
