![]() | The house is situated in a very quiet residential area. A 5 minute walk to the local shops and the beach. The beach is suitable for recreation and overlooks the Isle of Wight. Swimming, sailing, jet skiing, fishing, wind surfing, canoeing, water skiing are all carried out, whilst there is a zoning of water spots. There are cafes and restaurants, shops and a 'Pirates Cove' for children to play in. The centre of Gosport is only 4 miles away. Places of interest here include the explosion museum, The Royal naval Submarine Museum, Fort Brockhurst, Stokes Bay and Stanley Park. It is easy to cath the Gosport Ferry to take you outside Portmouth's Historic Naval Dockyard. This is the home to the famous HMS Victory, HMS Warrior and the Mary Rose. If you prefer shopping, then the shopping outlet, Gunwharf Quays is a must. |
