| With its two contrasting but carefully harmonised faces, the graceful Georgian mansion which fronts Castle Street and the modern extensions set in the grounds of the old house and echoing its perfect proportions, Milford Hall represents value for money as well as quality facilities. At this family run hotel you will find both the warmth and comfort of traditional English hospitality, a keen awareness of your need for modern facilities the best possible service.  The hotel has been in the ownership of the Hughes family since October 1998. Their wealth of experience in the hotel industry ensures that Milford Hall is constantly striving to offer the best of everything to all its guests. The hotel's brasserie is open to residents and non-residents alike and there is a free car park for approximately 50 cars on site. Dogs are also welcome by prior arrangement, provided they are well behaved and kept out of the public area's i.e. restaurant/lounge/bar etc. |
| The Milford Hall has 31 standard bedrooms all offering en suite bathroom, Sky television, radio, hospitality tray, trouser press, hair drier and direct dial telephone. 20 are located on the ground floor and all are in the new extension. Within the Georgian house there are a further four rooms, each a luxuriously furnished, traditional double bedroom. The Clarendon Room has a four poster bed and the Longford Room has a fabulous half tester bed. |

| We are pleased to offer a variety of menus to suit all occasions. When the weather is fine, guests can enjoy drinks and meals on the patio amongst the roses and other fragrant blooms. When the weather is inclement, why not settle in our comfortable lounge or meet up with friends in the cosy bar with a drink and a tasty snack! Our brasserie which seats 40 has a Table d'hote menu with a wide variety of dishes. Special dietary requirements can be catered for. Larger private functions of 50-80 people can be catered for in our Alderman room. Whether you are seeking a relaxing break away in home from home comfort or a welcoming ambience for a family get together, you will find a unique service and value at Milford Hall. Salisbury is an ideal base when touring South Wiltshire and West Hampshire and for visiting special tourist attractions such as Salisbury Cathedral, Stonehenge, Wilton House, Old Sarum and much more! |

| Although Milford Hall does not have leisure facilities on site, we are pleased to offer our residents complimentary use of the local leisure centre and swimming pool. Both are within easy walking distance of the hotel. Appropriate arrangements can be made by our Reception team in advance or during your stay. |
| The Fonthill Room is ideal for boardroom style meetings or small training seminars. Offering plenty of natural light and ventilation, it is also a popular choice for private business entertaining and can also be used as a syndicate room. For small informal meetings our Lounge Room is ideal. With French windows opening out onto the gardens, it is a light, bright and elegant room. It can also be used a syndicate room. The Alderman Room is a much larger room situated in the quiet part of the hotel with easy ground floor access directly from the car park or hotel reception. This room is our most versatile and can accommodate up to 80 delegates in a theatre style layout. |
