| Hosts: Jacky and John Clifford Jacky and John Clifford welcome you to this lovely Georgian House at the foot of the Grampian Mountains. Merlindale is the ideal location to plan a holiday in Scotland as we are roughly one hour by car from either Edinburgh or Glasgow. The old capital of Scotland Perth is less than an half hour away, and the famous Gleneagles Golf Course and Hotel is 15 miutes away. One of the many features of Merlindale is a library in which our guests are welcome to browse, we also have a mature garden where guests can relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. |
| Another of our features is Jacky's meals. Fully trained at the London School of Cordon Bleu Cookery, she offers a varied and imaginative menu. Our policy of no smoking allows us to keep the house decorated to a very high standard, and we do not allow pets. Our accommodation comprises of one twin and three king-size bedrooms all with en suite. The charge is from £50.00 per room, which includes a full Scottish breakfast. We are open all year and there is ample off road parking. |
