There are four letting rooms, three en-suite and one with a private shower room. Dining room and lounge with television and video. Tea and coffee making facilities in bedrooms. Ample parking. Comfortable beds and good home cooking on an Aga.

Turn towards Ludgvan at Crowlas crossroads on the A30. Take the third turning right signposted Vellanoweth. Last farm up this road (about a mile) on your left. |
