| Melville Lodge Guest House was established in May 1988. With our years of experience we have managed to hone the home like feel of our rooms with many of our guests returning to us on a regular basis. All of our rooms are individually decorated and cosily furnished with standard, En-suite and ground floor rooms available. Each room has its own tea and coffee making facilities, colour television (with over 30 digital channels via FREEVIEW), radio alarm clock, wash basin and fan. Fax facilities, hairdryer, high chair, iron and ironing board are all available on request. We also offer free and unlimited wireless internet access in all rooms. Breakfast is a sociable affair with every guest seated around a large table encouraging our guests to share their holiday experiences and views. We offer both a healthy English continental and English cooked breakfast served between 7.30 - 8.30 in the mornings. Early risers are provided with a tray of orange juice and cereal in their rooms the night before. All prices are inclusive of VAT, service and English continental and cooked breakfast. English continental breakfast is a choice meal of cereal, toast, fresh fruit, yoghurt, boiled eggs and dairy products washed down with tea, coffee and orange juice. English cooked breakfast includes eggs, bacon, baked beans and fried bread in addition to the choices available in the continental breakfast.
