The house has 4 double bedrooms, 2 of which can be twin rooms and are located on the ground floor and the family bathroom is also located on the ground floor which is fully wheelchair accessible.

There is an area in the beautiful garden for alfresco dining and enjoying the beautiful views of the Cairngorms and there is off street parking for 3 cars.

Located on the fringe of Aviemore and only 1km from the River Spey, 1km from the new Champion Golf Course, 2kms from Aviemore village centre and beside the circular footpath walks and cycle paths of the surrounding area.
