Directions to Matford Belvedere

Exit M5 at junction 30 follow the A379 DAWLISH exit off the roundabout.
Straight over the next roundabout.
Take 1st exit off the following roundabout to Dawlish.
Turn 1st right to EXMINSTER.
After passing the garage on the right take 1st right into DEEPWAY LANE.
Continue for 1 mile.
At the top of the hill MATFORD BELVEDERE is marked on the tree on the left.
