| Maple Tree Cottage is situated in a quiet lane, but only a short distance from Bedford, Cranfield and Milton Keynes and just 5 miles from J13 of the M1. Ideal for a few nights whilst visiting friends and relatives, or a longer business trip. A warm welcome awaits you. There are three self contained annexes each with kitchenette, shower or bathroom, TV and free WiFi broadband connection. A single B&B room with en suite is also available. |
| Each annex offers an outside garden area, ideal for breakfast al-fresco or relaxing with a glass of wine in the evenings. There is ample and safe off road parking available. Peacefully situated in the Marston Vale, with immediate access to many country walks, the village of Wootton can be reached in 10 minutes and has several welcoming country pubs which provide excellent menus. |   |

  | How to Find Us From the M1, J13, take the A421 towards Bedford. After approximately 4 miles you will enter a small section of dual carriageway, at the end of this take the left turn, Hoo Lane, signposted to Wootton Green. At the junction turn right towards Wootton. You will find Maple Tree Cottage 400m on the left hand side, up a gravel drive. |
