About Us
Jean has been in the Bed and Breakfast business since 1980 and still gets much pleasure in running The Lodge. A welcome always awaits you and we are pleased to help with any local knowledge and directions. |

| Welcome The Lodge is situated opposite the pathway to Keynsham Railway Station. Bus stops are just a few yards away on the High Street where you can obtain a regular service to both Bristol and Bath. Enjoy a stoll in the Park or along the Kennet & Avon Canal. Golf and Fishing are a short distance away. Theatres, Cinemas, Ten Pin Bowling and Night spots are within a few miles, and many other places of interest. We also have a very good shopping centre in Keynsham. Manor Lodge is privately owned with six double and one single bedroom. All rooms are en-suite, and have telephone, colour TV, and Tea / Coffee / Hot Chocolate making facilites. Our Town Manor Lodge is situated in the small historic town of Keynsham on the A4 between the famous Roman City of Bath, and the City of Bristol, and links straight through to the M4 via the A4174. ![]() The train and bus stops are just a few yards away, where you can obtain a regular service to both Bath and Bristol. ![]() We are just 2 minutes away from the Kennet and Avon canal, Keynsham Marina and the Lock. Our delightful Park, in which runs the River Chew, is also just a minute away. Golf and fishing are a short distance away. Theatres, Cinemas, Ten Pin Bowling, and Night Spots are within a few miles, as are other places of interest. We also have a very good shopping centre in Keynsham and many Restaurants and pubs to fill your evening hours. |

| Directions Keynsham is situated on the A4 between Bristol and Bath. From Bristol From the M4 to Bristol - take the turning to the M32 - immediately take the new link road A4174 and follow the signs to Kingswood, then Bath - Yeovil. You will arrive at Hicks Gate roundabout clearly marked Keynsham, which is straight accross. Follow this road until roundabout by Keynsham Church - turn left into Station Road - Manor Lodge is on the left hand side. From Bath From Bath, take the A4 to Bristol through the village of Saltford. At the next roundabout take the first exit (left) to Keynsham. Follow the road through to Keynsham High Street - turn right at the mini roundabout by Somerfields. At the next roundabout turn right into Station Road. - Manor Lodge is on the left hand side. When on Station Road, turn left into The Avenue just past the Lodge for the car park. |
