Home to the Lippiatt family for many years, Manor Farm offers warmth and comfort coupled with high standards in a relaxed welcoming setting. The bedrooms are spacious and well equipped, and enjoy views across the garden, paddock and village church. The village of Alderton is peaceful and completely unspoiled, with delightful cottages and gardens and a lovingly tended village duck pond. It is perfect for a gentle stroll after breakfast or on warm summer evenings. |

| a c c o m m o d a t i o n We have three comfortable and well furnished guest bedrooms, each with a private or en suite bathroom, television, and hospitality tray. The Courtyard Room has a kingsize double bed, and an en suite bathroom with a bath and shower. It overlooks the stable courtyard, where our dogs wander among the flower tubs. The Yellow Room also has a kingsize double bed, and an en suite bathroom (no shower). The lovely view from this room is across the garden towards the restored medieval carp pond and the village church. The Twin Room has a separate private bathroom (no shower), and a hand basin in the bedroom. This room also overlooks the garden and church. Breakfast is served in the dining room overlooking the garden, and guests are invited to relax in the drawing room. |
