     | Probably the best Guest House in Skegness, boasting a great night's sleep on a luxurious bed, in a spacious en-suite bedroom, includes many extras and a hearty Lincolnshire breakfast. Situated on a quiet tree lined Avenue, close to the town centre of Skegness, the beach, and with all other amenities within easy reach, the Lyndsay is one of a few Guest Houses that has been awarded Visit Britain Four Star Guest House status. We have also been awarded Guest House of the Year 2008 by the Birmingham Telegraph. Thus a high standard of quality can be expected. Under the watchful eye of owners Linda and Alan Jones, guests can really look forward to a warm welcome throughout their stay. Recently renovated the Lyndsay comprises of 5 bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities, a fully licensed bar, dining room and a welcoming resident's T.V. lounge. Our spacious bedrooms include our popular Four Poster Bedroom, double and family bedrooms. A travel cot is available on request. All our rooms can accomodate a cot. Our Four Poster room can take an extra two single beds. LCD T.V.'s (with Freeview chanels), tea / coffee making facilities, welcome pack and hospitality tray are supplied in all of our comfortable, centrally heated bedrooms. A hairdryer is provided in each room and an iron and ironing board are available on request. To assure guest's comfort, a No Smoking policy is used throughout. CCTV in operation. We offer both room and breakfast or room, breakfast and optional evening meal at request. A high chair is available. Where possible local Lincolnshire produce is used throughout our menu. Special diets are catered for, please advice when reserving. We have a private car parking. Relax with a drink, on a warm evening on our welcoming front patio and watch the world go by !
