| Lochhouse Farm is a most attractive property nestling beside the river Evan in the South of Scotland close to the tourist town of Moffat There is a delightful courtyard, steading and stone built farmhouse set in 9 acres of land. The Southern Upland Way runs through the property and the Retreat Centre is one of the registered accommodation providers for walkers of the Southern Uplands Way. For travellers to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Lochhouse Farm, situated on Junc.15 of the M74, is an ideal stopover. We hope that Lochhouse Farm will be a place where individuals, couples, families and groups can come to 'recharge their batteries'. It is our dream to redevelop the Farm into a residential holiday centre offering more accommodation, cottage and communal, recreation facilities and programmed events, all accessible to the disabled and able-bodied alike. |
| Bedrooms There are currently two rooms available to receive up to 6 guests in the existing house. Each room has Colour TV plus Tea & Coffee facilities. There is also a TV lounge/dining room with wood burning stove. Bedroom 1 - family room - en-suite with double bed plus single bed with pull out bed underneath. Bedroom 2 - Accessible twin bed room on ground floor with bathroom next door. Bathroom is wheel chair accessible with floor level shower and seat for the less able. |

By arrangement (for the cost of fuel only) we will pick up visitors from Train Stations. ie Carlisle, Lockerbie, Dumfries or Glasgow. Also Glasgow Prestwick Airport. |
| How to Find Us From M74 - Junction 15 roundabout on west side of motorway exit signed Beattock (1/4 mile). After 50yards turn right in front of Old Brig Inn. Follow road round to left. Turn Right into Lochhouse Farm Courtyard. |
