     | Llwyn Derw is a Grade 2 listed Arts and Craft period house which is well preserved with good interior features, tastefully refurbished with modern facilities. The features include an impressive oak stair well hall and an unusual fireplace with panelled back and copper art nouveau details in the breakfast room. It is situated approximately half a mile (1 kilometre) from the busy harbour town of Porthmadog which boasts over thirty eating establishments. The house is detached and situated amongst mature oak trees with woodland walks leading to a wooden chalet and panoramic views of the sea , Harlech castle and the Rhinogydd mountains. There is a gravelled parking area for three cars and safe parking on the lane leading to the house.
