At the foot of the South Downs in peaceful, unspoilt countryside is little Hoyle, a comfortable family home, built in the 1960's and altered and expended by past and present owners.

The house has a delightful westerly aspect with lovely views to the Downs. There is a large garden, part formal, part wild and a sun terrace outside the sitting room, which we encourage our guests to enjoy.

Our tariff includes a full English breakfast, using local produce (free-range eggs, jam, honey, homemade marmalade, etc) whenever possible.

For your evening meal, there are several village pubs within a few minutes drive with a friendly welcome and a reputation for good food at reasonable prices.

Horse riding can be arranged locally at reasonable rates by the hour or by the day. There is also unlimited walking on the doorstep or along the South Downs Way which passes close by.
