| We operate the only holiday flats in the town centre itself. These are proving very popular with guests. Who know the cost and inconvenience of having to travel from accommodation situated in less favorable locations. With only a limited number of town centre holiday flats at 'Lawnswood', they are in high demand during peak seasons. For short breaks in August why not try our Blands Cliff Lodge also in Scarborough Town. |

| This is our 6th year of offering this all year round accommodation to holidaymakers. We continue to give you fine accommodation at a reasonable price and are pleased to report an amazing 75% of guests last year were repeat customers. What is included in the flats: Full kitchen including microwave and fridge Bed linen TV Radio Free hot water Also available: Laundry Cots and high chair Ironing facilities. Flat no.1 - family flat for up to 7 persons contains Hifi, Video, Playstation, DVD Player and Washing Machine |

| Improvements over recent years Double glazing - all rear facing flats New laundry room Most carpets now renewed New boilers to cater for our increased hot water/heating demand Ongoing decorating New regulation PAT (Portable appliances testing) certification on all equipment used by you During the last 2 weeks of July and August we can only offer holiday flats for full weeks as demand outstrips supply. We do however offer our Blands Cliff Lodge accommodation on a daily basis for the visitor who requires a short break during this peak period. |
| Parking We have a limited number of garages for rent, Parking should be booked at time of making a reservation. Electricity Via a coin meter for light, cooking and heating. Disabled Access Our Accommodation may not be suitable for some physically challenged guests. Please check prior booking. Booking Conditions 1.£50 non refundable deposit required to secure booking. 2.Reservation will be held for 14 days, if no deposit is received the reservation will be cancelled. 3.Anyone behaving in a manor that is liable to upset other guests will be asked to leave without any refund of monies. 4.The person making the reservation will be held responsible for any loss or damage to our property. 5.No teenage parties. 6.Consideration should be given to others sleeping between the hours of 11pm and 8am. TV and radio volumes should be kept to a minimum. 7.Pets - Only one well behaved pet allowed. No pet should be left in the flat alone. The pet owner will be liable for any damage caused to our property. |
