Lancercombe is a family run farm offering superb Bed & Breakfast.

Nestled in the Otter Valley, we are in an idyllic and tranquil location between the historic market town of Ottery St Mary and the Regency resort of Sidmouth.

Great for walking, cycling and exploring, we are just a stone's throw from East Devon's stunning Jurassic coastline and Areas of Outstanding Beauty.

Come and stay in our beautifully restored Georgian farmhouse.
Enjoy a good night's sleep and wake up to a delicious home cooked breakfast using the finest locally sourced and organic produce.

Rooms

Lancercombe Farm offers two delightful en-suite rooms, one king size and one double. Both rooms have uninterrupted views over the garden and to the Otter Valley beyond. Each room has tea/coffee making facilities and a TV. The house has a non-smoking policy.

Breakfast is served in the dining room. A hearty home cooked breakfast is offered, as well as farmhouse and wholemeal breads, fruit, cereals, yoghurts, a choice of teas, coffee and fruit juice. Many of the ingredients are locally produced and organic where possible. Please notify us if you have any special dietary requirements.

You are welcome to relax in our lounge, with wood burning stove and large comfortable sofas or stroll around the lovely walled garden.

Standard room rates per night are from £65 including breakfast.
Concessions may be available for longer stays at certain times.

How to Find Us

From Exeter, M5 Junction 29
Take the A30 in the Honiton direction to the Daisymount Junction (6 miles) and then follow signs to Ottery St Mary. Go through Ottery St Mary following the signs to Sidmouth. After about 1 mile you should pass through Wiggaton. We are about ½ mile beyond Wiggaton on the left.

From A30 (A303)
About 3 miles past Honiton exit the A30 at the Daisymount junction and follow the signs to Ottery St Mary. Go through Ottery St Mary following the signs to Sidmouth. After about 1 mile you should pass through Wiggaton. We are about ½ mile beyond Wiggaton on the left.

From A3052 Lyme Regis/Sidmouth
From 'The Bowd' pub, on the A3052 near Sidmouth follow the signs towards Ottery St Mary. After about 2 miles you will find Lancercombe Farm on the right. We are ½ mile beyond the Tipton St John turning and ½ mile before Wiggaton.
